Detailed Seller Rating (DSR), Seller Non Performance (SNP) and Feedback Tools

DSR's were intoduced by eBay in early 2007 enabling buyers to also rate sellers by

Each DSR is rated on a scale of 1 to 5 stars.

eBay have announced they will begin advantaging sellers with high DSRs in the search results and disadvantaging (and even taking Trust & Safety actions) for those sellers with low DSRs.
Because of this important change, AuctionTrax has now provided some FREE tools to help you see and recalculate a DSR rating or view a SNP %. (mouse over the Seller Ratings tab above to find the tools)

Seller Non Performance is based on feedback as a seller only.
It is calculated by the number of negative and neutral feedbacks recieved as a seller within the last 30 days, and expressed as a percentage of the total seller feedbacks recieved in the same period.
A negative feedback counts as 1, and a Neutral feedback counts as 0.667 for the % calculation.
Also taken into account are recent DSR scores of either 1 or 2 star's or outstanding INR or SNAD claims.
(It is not known what 'score' eBay apply for 1* DSR or an INR/SNAD claim)
Presently, sellers with a SNP rating of 5% or greater can expect sanctions from eBays Trust & Safety dept
